Returns

We accept returns only if:

The product received is damaged
Wrong product is delivered
Product is leaking or defective
Return Request

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and fragrance safety reasons, opened or used perfumes/attars cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
